本條款之同意
本銷售條款構成您與公司之間，關於購買本服務之法律協議，並同時受服務條款之約束。透過存取或使用本服務，您同意受本銷售條款約束。
您必須年滿法定成年年齡方可購買本服務。若您代表公司或其他法律實體使用本服務，則表示您擁有代表該實體接受本條款之權限。
本條款之修訂
本公司保留隨時修改本銷售條款之權利，修訂後自公告即刻生效，無需事前通知。繼續使用本服務，即表示您同意接受修訂後之條款。
付款方式及條款
本公司接受主要信用卡、簽帳卡等付款方式，並提供以下兩種付款渠道：
- 綠界科技（ECPay）：僅限台灣地區，以新台幣（NTD）計價。
- Paddle：適用於全球，當您透過 Paddle 完成購買時，即表示您在法律上是向 Paddle 購買，由 Paddle 開立收據並代收相關稅款。
當您完成購買即授權本公司向您選擇的付款方式收取費用。
訂閱服務
本服務部分功能以訂閱形式提供。訂閱將自動續訂，直至您取消為止。您授權本公司在每個計費週期自動向您的付款方式收取費用，無需另行通知。
如訂閱費用因任何原因無法從您的付款方式中收取，本公司保留終止您存取本服務之權利。
取消訂閱服務
您可隨時透過以下方式取消訂閱：
取消訂閱將於當前計費週期結束時生效，您仍可於該週期內繼續使用本服務。
修改訂閱服務
本公司保留在任何時候修改、中止或調整訂閱方案及定價的權利，並將提前通知您此類變更。若您不接受修改後的條款，可在變更生效前取消訂閱。
退款
一旦您購買並取得存取權限，購買後將無法取消或退款，包括但不限於訂閱服務費用。
台灣消費者請注意：依據消費者保護法，數位內容服務不適用七天猶豫期（鑑賞期）之規定。
透過 Paddle 完成之交易，將依照 Paddle 之退款政策處理，歐盟、英國等地區消費者依法律規定享有之退款權利不受影響。
服務說明、可用性及錯誤
本公司保留在任何時候修改、中止或調整輔助產品和服務的權利，而無需提前通知。若服務說明或定價有誤，本公司保留修正錯誤及取消受影響訂單之權利，並以同等價值之服務點數或其他方式彌補。

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Service.
Interpretation and Definitions
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our"): refers to Pitchat (pitchat.co).
- Paddle: refers to the Company's authorized reseller, responsible for processing global payments.
- Device: means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
- Service: refers to the Website and the features it provides.
- Terms of Sale: refers to this document, the Terms of Sale available at https://pitchat.co/terms-of-sale.
- Third-party Services: means any third-party services or content that the Service may display, include, or make available.
- Website: refers to Pitchat, accessible from https://pitchat.co.
- User: means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Your Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Sale constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding the purchase of the Service, and are also governed by the Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
You must be of legal age to purchase the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Amendments to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Revisions take effect immediately upon announcement without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Payment Methods and Terms
The Company accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through the following two payment channels:
- ECPay (綠界科技): Taiwan only, billed in New Taiwan Dollar (NTD).
- Paddle: Global. When you complete a purchase through Paddle, you are legally purchasing from Paddle, which issues receipts and collects and remits applicable taxes.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method.
Subscription Services
Some features of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You authorize the Company to automatically charge your payment method at each billing cycle without further notice.
If fees cannot be collected from your payment method for any reason, the Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service.
Cancellation of Subscription Services
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Contacting us at [email protected].
- Managing your subscription through paddle.net (for users who pay via Paddle).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may continue to use the Service until the period ends.
Modification of Subscription Services
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or adjust subscription plans and pricing at any time, with advance notice of such changes. If you do not accept the modified terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
Refunds
Once you have purchased and gained access to the Service, purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable, including but not limited to subscription fees.
For Taiwan consumers: pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the seven-day cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) does not apply to digital content services.
Transactions processed through Paddle are subject to Paddle's refund policies. Statutory refund rights for consumers in the EU, UK, and other jurisdictions are not affected.
Service Descriptions, Availability, and Errors
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or adjust add-on products and services at any time without prior notice. If there are errors in service descriptions or pricing, the Company reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders, providing service credits of equivalent value or other remedies.

The Traditional Chinese version of these Terms of Sale is the official version.
