Draw winners in one click, copy the list, and post it back on your Page.
What really takes time is the sorting before, and the proof after.
01
With that many comments, a manager can only copy them one by one into a spreadsheet, worried about missing someone. Pitchat reads the comments and draws the winners for you — no more copy-pasting.
02
Keywords need to match, mentions need to hit the count, comments need to fall within the giveaway window — the more conditions, the easier it is to miss one manually. Turn them into draw conditions instead: keywords (any or all), mention count, time range — applied automatically to every comment; duplicate comments count once, and multiple prizes are drawn in one pass.
03
You don't have to reply to every comment yourself. Pitchat can save this draw as a public winner-list page, complete with the applied conditions and a link to the post, ready to share with your followers in one click.
Three common Facebook Page giveaway setups
Scenario
A brand posts a giveaway on their Page asking followers to comment a specific phrase to enter, aiming to drive up engagement on the post.
Solution
As comments pile up, stickers and off-topic chatter pile up too, making it hard for a manager to check who qualifies comment by comment. Turning "comment must contain this phrase" into a condition lets Pitchat compile a qualifying list automatically, drawing multiple prizes in one pass.
Boosts post engagement, with a clear, defensible way the winner list was produced

We optimize across three dimensions — fairness, efficiency, and experience — building trust through transparency to achieve "procedural fairness." For more on our design philosophy, check out our blog post.
Every draw step runs in your own browser, so you can open your browser's developer tools and inspect the logic yourself. Once you save the winner list, the applied conditions are recorded alongside it for future reference.
It's a web tool — just open it in a mobile or desktop browser, no app or program to install. After signing in, pick the post you want to draw from your post list, and Pitchat automatically reads its public comments. Set your draw conditions, then click Draw to randomly pick the winners. The whole flow is just 4 steps: link your Page → select a post → set conditions → draw and announce.
We need your consent to read your Page's comment data through Meta's official API in a secure, compliant way. This is both a Meta platform requirement and a safeguard for your account and data.
Facebook giveaways draw from comments on a Page's posts, not a personal profile's timeline. After linking your account, you choose which Page to manage so Pitchat can read that Page's posts and comments.
Yes. You can generate a time-limited authorization link for a Page admin to complete on Facebook themselves — no password required, and they don't need to sign up for Pitchat. Once authorized, the Page is linked to Pitchat and you can read its post comments to run the giveaway. If you're helping out on another platform, the same approach works for Instagram, Threads, and YouTube giveaways too.
If you run into trouble linking your Facebook account on mobile, try switching to a desktop browser instead — it's usually a more stable experience. Use a mainstream browser like Chrome, Safari, or Edge, and make sure you're signed in to the right Facebook account.
There's currently no free plan for Facebook comment giveaways — just pick a paid plan that matches your usage.
It supports several conditions: keyword filtering (match any or all), excluding duplicate comments, time-range filtering, requiring a minimum number of tagged friends, block-list management, excluding the post author's own account, and excluding repeat winners.
Yes. Multiple filter conditions can be enabled at the same time — Pitchat applies all of them together, so only comments that fully satisfy every condition make the draw list, keeping your rules strictly enforced.
Keyword filtering uses exact matching — a comment must fully contain the keyword you set to be included. You can set multiple keywords and choose "match any" or "match all" mode to fine-tune your filter.
Yes! You can add multiple prizes (like first, second, and third place) and set a quantity for each. Pitchat draws winners for each prize in sequence, and you can choose whether the same person can win more than one prize.
No — this tool is built for comments on a Page's posts. A personal profile's timeline isn't within the access scope Meta's API allows.
No — Groups and Pages are different access scopes in Meta's API. This tool can currently only read comments on Page posts, not Group posts.
No. Due to Meta API policy, third-party tools can't access a post's list of likes or shares. If your rules require a like or share, we recommend stating that in your announcement and manually verifying it after drawing winners.
Live-stream comment giveaways aren't supported yet.
Comment data from Meta's Facebook API can be incomplete. Possible reasons: (1) the comment was deleted by its author, (2) the commenter's account was deactivated, or (3) API restrictions blocked access to some comments. If the read count doesn't match what you see on Facebook, we recommend manually checking the post's comments there, and always double-check the draw results yourself.
Yes! Once the draw is complete, you can copy the winner list to your clipboard in one click, ready to post back on your Page. You can also save the draw as a public winner-list page, complete with a link to the post and the conditions that were applied, so followers can easily verify it.
Yes, you can re-draw. Pitchat caches the first-stage comment pool for 30 minutes to speed up the draw process. To clear the cache and re-fetch the latest comments, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the "Draw Results" section and choose "Clear cached data" from the settings menu.
