Yes — you can set up multiple prize tiers at once (e.g. Grand Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize), each with its own quantity, and they're drawn in the order you set.
Yes. Turn off "Repeat Winners" and anyone who has already won is automatically removed from the list for later prizes. If your event allows one person to win multiple prizes, turn it back on.
